I had a pleasant and relaxing stay at Khandela Haveli - A Boutique Heritage. The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood and offers a calm atmosphere for a short getaway. The staff were super-friendly and made me feel at home, even inviting me to join in on Diwali celebrations. The hotel itself is very pretty, with plenty of photo opportunities. The lal-maas dish was delicious, and the staff accommodated specific requests regarding the food. The hotel also had a good parking space for my car. I highly recommend this hotel for a warm and enjoyable stay.
The breakfast options were a bit limited and the location is a bit far from the main attractions. However, these minor drawbacks did not overshadow the overall positive experience.

I spent my Christmas holidays at this charming boutique hotel and it was such a lovely experience. the rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, including arranging transportation to key locations in the city. the indoor courtyard was a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. the complimentary breakfast was a delicious spread of local specialties and fresh fruits.
That the prices of alcoholic beverages were a bit pricey. this was a minor issue and didn't take away from the overall wonderful experience we had.

The hotel had nice architectural features and was situated in a quiet residential area. We also enjoyed the delicious food provided by the restaurant and the helpfulness of the staff during our Easter stay.
The hotel was lacking in maintenance and attention to detail. Our room had maintenance issues, including broken lamps and poor water pressure in the shower.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful throughout our two-night stay, accommodating us when our shower had some trouble and helping us with transportation arrangements. We particularly enjoyed the friendly and polite staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The clean premises and hotel facilities, including the rooftop terrace with a pool and bar, were also excellent. Additionally, the location, away from the noisy center but still convenient for exploring the city, was perfect.
All was good.
